Penny Oleksiak – Tied for Canada’s Most Decorated Olympian. A 4-time Olympian and 7-time Olympic medallist will join the Top 100 in Halifax!
It’s almost here! Halifax is ready to welcome the Top 100 athletes from across the country to test their speed, strength, endurance, and power as they hope to land a spot with one of thirteen National Sport Organizations (NSO) as an RBC Future Olympian.
These athletes participated in 21 qualifying events earlier this year and their performances helped earn them this chance to compete in this best-on-best competition. But that’s not all! Our athletes will be joined by a few special guests; giving them that extra push to bring their performances to the next level.

A Celebration of Community
The National Final isn’t just about celebrating athletes; it’s about supporting the next generation of Canadian Olympians. By sharing their stories and supporting through their development, we can all help the growth of Olympic sport in Canada. RBC Training Ground is proud to have funded 21 Olympians to date, who have brought home a collective 14 medals – and in Halifax we’re looking to find and fund even more!
Representing Team Canada and fresh of an Olympic silver medal in Paris, RBC Training Ground alumni Avalon Wasteneys will be joining 10 of Canada’s best athletes, cheering on the Top 100.
